- Simpan butter dan margarine dulu dalam kulkas sampai bisa dipotong2 kotak.
- Campurkan butter margarine, gula halus, terigu lalu campur adonan dengan pie cutter atau garpu atau bila ada stand mixer aduk dengan pedal sampai tercampur rata, bulir2 mentega terlapisi dg terigu.
- Masulkan kuning telur lalu aduk sampai rata.
- Olesi loyang pie dg mentega, gilas adonan dg rolling pin dg ketebalan kurang lebih 3-5 mm lalu cetak dg cetakan pie atau mini pie.
- Panggang di suhu 170°C sampai matang lalu dinginkan sampai benar2 dingin agar kokoh.
- Buat fla dg mencampur susu, tepung custard, gula, dan garam. Jerang di atas api sampai mulai mendidih.
- Ambil 1/3 bagian campuran susu lalu kocok dg telur, masukkan lagi ke adonan susu dan aduk hingga matang dan kental (api kecil).
- Matikan api lalu tambahkan butter dan aduk rata.
- Tuang vla ke dalam pie crust, vla bisa ditutup dg plastic wrap atau wadah tertutup rapat apabila tidak langsung digunakan.
- Tata buah di atas vla.
- Campur semua adonan olesan lalu didihkan, langsung oleskan di atas pie buah. Dinginkan.
