Putu ayu is a traditional Indonesian snack made from flour, sugar, and coconut milk topped with steamed shredded coconut. Beacuse it contains pandan, i put pandan paste to bring out the colour.

Ingredients of Putu Ayu
- It's 125 gr of tepung terigu (protein sedang).

Putu Ayu instructions
- Mixer kecepatan tinggi, telur, gula, SP sampai putih mengembang.
- Masukkan tepung terigu secara bertahap, tuang santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil dimixer dengan kecepatan rendah sampai adonan tercampur rata.
- Beri pasta pandan dan campur sampai rata menggunakan spatula.
- Siapkan cetakan kue yg dioles minyak tipis, beri kelapa parut agak ditekan pada dasar cetakan kue.
- Isi cetakan dengan adonan kue sampai hampir penuh.
- Siapkan kukusan dengan tutup dilapisi kain, tunggu sampai air mendidih, lalu kukus kue selama 15 menit..
