- Prepare 200 gr of gula pasir.
- Prepare 1 ltr of susu cair.
- It's 1/2 sdt of garam.
- You need 50 gr of butter.
- Prepare buah of Topping.
- You need of Anggur 12 butir (potong 2).
- You need kaleng of Jeruk.
- Prepare of Kiwi 1/2 btr(iris, potong tengah).
- You need of Strawberry 4 bh (potong 2).
- It's 1 of Strawberry utuh.
- It's Buah of naga 5 potong kecil.
- You need 1/2 sdm of Nutrijel plain + gula 2 sdm masak dengan 1/2 gelas air.

Fruit pie instructions
- Untuk kulit.
- Kocok gula dan margarin sebentar saja agar tercampur.tambahkan telur,garam dan air aduk rata.
- Masukan terigu yg sudah di ayak,aduk dengan spatula.sampai tercampur.masukan adonan ke dlm plastik Diamkam kurang lebih 15 menit.
- Setelah 15 menit,cetak adonan di cetakan pie diameter 23 cm.sy pakai cetakan teflon supaya tdk lengket. Oven kurang lebih 20 menit dengan api bawah. Sambil menunggu matang kita buat vla nya.
- A.Bagi dua susu. Masing2 1/2 ltr. 1/2 liter yg pertama campur dengan gula,masak dengan api sedang,agak hangat campur garam dan butter.
- B.Sisa 1/2 ltr susu kita campur dengan telur,gula,dan terigu.kocok sampai tidak menggumpal.sisihkan.
- Bila campuran A sdh mendidih, masukan campuran B sambil di saring,aduk2 sampai meletup2.angkat..
- Hangat2 tuang ke kulit pie.tunggu dingin baru di hias dengan buah2an.
- Selesai buah tersusun,siram atasnya dengan nutrijel.setelah selesai masukan ke dlm kulkas supaya buah tetap segar.
- Catatan:.
- 1.Bahan B harus dimasukan sambil di saring,supaya vla tetap mulus dan tidak menggumpal..
- 2. Masak vla nya harus benar-benar matang agar tidak cepat basi.
- 3.untuk menimbulkan efek mengkilap, diatas buah di siram nutrijel.
- 1 resep ini menghasilkan 1 pie UK.23 cm,dan pie kecil10 bh.
- Jangan lupa untuk menusuk nusuk kulit pie ini dengan garpu sebelum di oven.fungsinya agar ketika di oven, kulit pie tidak mengembang.
