Dadar gulung instructions
- Buat bahan inti terlebih dahulu, gonseng gula sampai kecoklatan kemudian masukkan air dan terakhir masukkan kelapa.Tunggu sampai air menyusut (tetapi jangan terlalu kering y) matikan api dan dinginkan.
- Kemudian buat adonan kulitnya, kocok lepas telur kemudian masukkan kedalam tepung terigu diaduk dan masukkan air, aduk sampai tidak bergerindil dan yang terakhir masukkan garam, pewarna makanan dan minyak (supaya tidak lengket) dan di aduk kembali (adonan kulitnya gak terlalu encer dan juga gk terlalu kental y).
- Panaskan teflon ambil satu centong adonan kemudian tuang ke toflen sambil diratakan adonan diteflon seperti bentuk lingkaran dengan cepat(api nya kecil aj y), kalau pinggiranya sudah kering brart bisa di angkat dan isi intinya kemudian gulung, lakukan sampai adonannya habis (gak bisa ambil foto soalnya gerak cepat😂).
