- Siapkan bahan,siapkan wadah masukkan terigu,garam tuang air sdkt demi sdkt,tuang telur aduk kemudian pandan pasta,atur kekentalannya.
- Panaskan teflon olesi sdkt margarin tuang adonan sambil diputar teflon supaya merata.masak sampai matang.
- Siapkan bahan isi,masak gula merah dg air sampai gulanya meleleh kemudian saring,masukkan kelapa parut aduk rata sampai tercampur rata,masukkan bawang merah iris kecil,aduk.
- Kemudian tambahkan terigu aduk sampai kental.siap untuk isian dadar.
