- Siapkan semua bahan untuk isian,campurkan gula merah,garam dan air masak sampai gula larut,lalu masukkan klapa parut,masak sampai kadar air menyusut,lalu angkat dan dinginkan.
- Siapkan bahan kulit,campurkan semua bahan,aduk sampai rata dan adonan halus tidak bergidil.
- Panaskan teflon olesi dengan minyak goreng tipis",tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan,tunggu sampai bisa lepas dari teflon lalu angkat.
- Ambil 1 kulit lalu beri isian secukupnya lipat seperti amplop,lalu gulung.
