- Siapkan semua bahan, potong pisang kecil2. Siapkan wadah, campurkan tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk dan gula pasir.
- Masukkan telur, susu cair, dan mentega leleh, aduk rata.
- Siapkan teflon, masak adonan kemudian taburi potongan2 pisang tunggu sebentar sampai adonan matang dan menjadi crepes.
- Untuk membuat krim cokelat, campurkan susu cair cokelat, gula pasir, tepung maizena, dan mentega, lalu masak hingga mengental. Tuangkan krim cokelat di atas adonan crepes, ratakan, lipat crepes menjadi segitiga.
- NOTE: yang gak pengen ribet bisa skip tahap step nomer 4 ya. Jadi tanpa krim, setelah crepes dimasak di teflon, taburi pisang, tunggu sampai agak matang lalu olesi margarin, bisa lgsg dikasi susu kental manis coklat dan keju secukupnya. Lalu lipat jadi segitiga.
- Sajikan dengan saus cokelat dan keju.
Drizzle remaining caramel sauce over crepes. Tip skillet from side to side until batter covers bottom. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, turn and repeat. Spread a thin layer of chocolate hazelnut spread onto crepe and place banana slices down the center. Just before serving top with whipped cream.
