- Masukkan nutrijel ke dalam panci kemudian tambahkan 600 ml air aduk. Tambahan satu tetes pasta pandan. Sembari mengaduk panaskan dalam api hingga mendidih.
- Cetak nutrijel dalam loyang tunggu hingga mengeras. Setelah mengeras potong jeli seperti dadu.
- Masukkan 400 ml susu uht dalam panci kemudian tambahkan tepung maizena (ini harusnya pakai whipped cream tapi karena lg ga punya pakai maizena) panaskan dalam api kecil hingga mengental.
- Siapkan wadah kemudian campurkan jeli, degan, dan nata de coco..
- Masukkan air degan* 1/2 dr 1 kelapa utuh karena di nata de coco sudah ada airnya juga (*opsional bisa semua atau tergantung selera) -> tambahkan susu kental manis -> susu uht yg sudah mengental.
- Aduk hingga tercampur (*opsional : kalau ingin creamy bisa dikurnagin air dari nata de coco atau dari air degannya)..
