- Masak agar agar,gula pasir,pasta pandan (me : 6 tetes) dan air hingga mendidih dan tuang ke dalam wadah,biarkan set lalu potong kotak,sisihkan.
- Siapkan nata de coco,buang airnya tunggu hingga sedikit kering.
- Siapkan wadah lain,lalu campurkan whipping cream,skm,dan tetes pandan (me : 12 tetes),kemudian aduk rata,masukkan nata de coco dan agar agar aduk lagi hingga semua tercampur rata.
- Setelah tercampur rata,siapkan wadah ukuran 500 ml,lalu isi sebanyak 300 ml,lalu taburi keju parut.
- Sajikan dingin.
