- Buat isiannya agar agar swallow hijau. Saya tambahkan 2 sdm gula pasir dan sedikit pasta pandan, direbus dengan 1lt air sampai mendidih, kurangi airnya jika ingin tekstur agar2 lebih padat..
- Masak Fla: tuang 3 kaleng susu evaporasi, susu kental manis, keju Spready, susu bubuk dancow lalu masukkan daun pandan, masak hingga agak panas/ beruap. Di wadah lain, ambil sedikit airnya lalu larutkan tepung maizena sampai halus..
- Masukkan tepung maizena yang sudah dilarutkan, lalu aduk fla sampai mendidih. Angkat lalu dinginkan. Siapkan isian di wadah..
