- Masak nutrijel plain dengan air dan gula sesuai takaran yg dibungkus tambahkan pewarna pandan. Cetak dan potong"kotak" setelah mengeras.
- Masak nutrijel kelapa dengan 800ml air kelapa dan gula sesuai takaran bungkus. Jika sudah mendidih cetak, setelah mengeras parut.
- Masak susu evaporasi, skm, sisa air kelapa, maizena ditambah dengan 400ml air dan pasta pandan. Aduk hingga mengental dan aduk terus agar tidak gosong.
- Tuang agar", parutan agar kelapa, daging kelapa muda dan siram dengan saus susu. Kemudian tambahkan keju. Dinginkan dan siap disajikan.
