- You need 1 of kelapa muda req yg daging kelapa tebal.
- It's 20 sdm of gula pasir.
- It's 1 bungkus of agar-agar warna hijau.
- Prepare 1 bungkus of fibercreame ukuran 100 gram.
- You need 2 sachet of SKM atau 7 sdm.
- You need 70 gram of keju yang sudah diparut.
- Prepare 1/4 sdt of Pasta pandan.
- You need 1/2 sdt of sp.

- Siapkan semua bahan.
- Tahan pertama bikin agar-agar nya dulu, siapkan air kelapa 500 ml, gula 10 sdm, 1 bungkus agar warna hijau, ¼ sdt pasta pandan.
- Masukan semua bahan dan aduk rata,lalu masak agar-agar aduk terus hingga mendidih.
- Jika sudah mendidih, siapkan tempat bilas dengan air gunanya agar agar tidak menempel, tuang agar, tunggu sampai dingin dan mengeras.
- Tahan kedua bikin kuahnya, siapkan 10 sdm gula pasir, 1 bungkus fibercreme, SKM, Sp ½ sdt. Tuang bahan kedalam baskom.
- Beri air es 500 ml, air es bisa juga diganti sisa air kelapa,karna biasanya beli 1 butir kelapa mendapat air 1liter,campur bahan-bahan bisa menggunakan twist atau menggunakan mixer ya,pastikan tercampur rata dan sedikit mengental.
- Tahan ketiga, potong-potong kecil agar dan daging kelapa,tuang kedua bahan kedalam,baskom campur rata.
- Tahap keempat, mari kita letakkan kedalam wadah, tuang buko pandan sampai penuh lalu taburi keju.
