- Masak biji mutiara putih di campur dengan satu tetes pasta pandan dan daun pandan sampai lunak..
- Masak agar agar hijau menggunakan air kelapa muda + air (jika kurang) saya pakai 700 ml atau sesuai petunjuk (selera) dinginkan dan potong dadu.
- Siapkan kelapa muda yang sudah di tiriskan dan juga nata de coconya *lupa photo.
