- Masak bahan agar-agar pandan,tunggu set. masak bahan sagoo pearls.
- Setelah set,potong dadu agar-agar. Dan setelah mendidih,rendam sagoo pearls di air dingin.
- Siapkan kelapa muda asli/kw (lihat resep).
- Siapkan bahan-bahan yg akan diolah.
- Dalam wadah campurkan 1 kaleng susu evaporasi dan 8sdm kental manis.
- Tambahkan agar-agar pandan dan sagoo pearls,tambahkan pasta,aduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Beri toping keju parut,sajikan.
