- Setelah itu mulai untuk menghias, untuk base cake yg I, olesi dg menggunakan butter cream lalu tumpuk dg base cake yg ke II.
- Lalu olesi seluruh permukaan kue dg butter cream sampai tertutup rata, usahakan bagiannya luarnya terlihat mulus (kalo ada scrapper bisa lebih bagus).
- Lalu sy lelehkan sedikit DCC untuk topping coklat siram, lalu masukkan coklat kedalam piping bag, lalu hias dg butter cream, menggunakan spuit untuk pinggiran kue, tambahkan ceri diatasnya.
