- Lelehkan margarin dengan cara di tim, jgn sampai margarin mendidih, cukup sampai mencair saja..

- Aduk cokelat bubuk dengan 4sdm air hangat sampai menbentuk pasta kental, jgn sampai cair sekali, lalu sisihkan..
- Ayak menjadi satu tepung terigu, maizena, susu bubuk dan vanila bubuk..
- Masukkan 5 butir telur & gula pasir kedalam adonan yg sudah di ayak tadi..
- Mixxer semuanya dimulai dari speed yg paling rendah dulu baru ke kecepatan tinggi. Mixxer sampai adonan berwarna putih kental lalu matikan mixxer perlahan.
- Ambil 3 sendok adonan lalu campurkan ke pasta cokelat yg sudah dibuat di awal, aduk rata..
- Siapkan loyang ukuran bulat, olesin dengan margarin & taburi dengan sedikit terigu..
- Panaskan oven 160°c selama 10 menit..
- Masukkan 1/2 adonan putih yg di mixxer tadi kedalam cetakan, ratakan lalu tuang 1/2 adonan pasta cokelat menggunakan sendok makan membentuk lingkaran, lalu masukkan lagi 1/2 adonan putih sampai habis lalu ratakan, setelahnya masukkan kembali adonan pasta cokelat di atas membentuk lingkaran lalu bentuk secantik mungkin..
- Masukkan kedalam oven selama 40 menit dengan api bawah suhu 150°c..
- Lalu oven lagi dengan api atas bawah 10 menit dengan suhu 140°c..
