Ingredients of Bolu Madeleine
- Prepare 3 butir of telur.
- It's 150 gr of tepung terigu.
- You need 120 gr of gula pasir.
- Prepare 1 st of sp.
- It's 60 gr of margarine leleh.
- You need of Vanili.
- It's Secukupnya of coklat bubuk(utk yg coklat).
- It's Secukupnya of coklat chip utk taburan bila suka.
Bolu Madeleine instructions
- Kocok telur, sp, gula pasir hingga kembang dan kental, masukkan terigu, vanili, aduk, lalu margarine cair, aduk dg spatula.
- Untuk yg coklat, terigunya dikurangi sedikit, tambahkan secukupnya coklat bubuk, siapkan cetakan cup cake, beri kap kue, tuang adonan, beri coklat chip di atasnya.
- Panaskan oven, panggang dg api sedang kurleb 20 menit hingga matang.
