  1. Tuangkan air 200ml, gula jawa, gula pasir dan daun pandan, lalu nyalakan api dengan api kecil sampe gula nya larut + mendidih, jika udah mendidih matikan kompor.
  2. Kemudian tuangkan tepung terigu+ tepung beras beri sedikit garam lalu di aduk2 sampe merata, tuangkan air gula yang masih hangat lalu di aduk2 pake spatula sampe adonan kalis.
  3. Jika udah kalis, adonannya di mixer (ukuran sedang jgn terlalu cepat) selama 5 menit, kalau adonan mengental tambahkan air 100ml di aduk2 pke spatulla, jika udah agak cair di tutup bisa pke kain/ plastik dan diamkan selama 15-20menit.
  4. Panaskan minyak, jika sudah panas minyak goreng nya tuangkan 1 sendok sayur(bisa juga pake cetakan puding yg kecil), di goreng sampe adonannya mengembang jika udah mengapung lalu di balik supaya matangnya merata, jika udh matang tiriskan.
  5. Jika udah digoreng semua, cucur siap di hidangkan ☺.
